Overall I had a very positive experience shopping at Boots. I visited the new London Westfield store which had a great selection of products. The store is a nice environment to shop in and easy to navigate with departments clearly identified. There were plenty of members of staff on hand who were happy to help and able to offer advice on products. Although the store had a large range of products I wasn’t able to get everything I needed, despite the website ‘check in store’ feature advising that product was available. I was however able to purchase unavailable products from another Boots store in central London.
Larger stores like Westfield could benefit from stocking more products from higher end ranges, although this isn’t a deal breaking factor for me, it would be a perk to shopping at Boots.
I was able to purchase the recently released set of Real Technique make up brushes which are excellent quality and brilliant value for money at £19.99. The set is even greater value for money considering that Boots usually sells a single brush from the same range for £9.99.
Overall Boots is reasonably priced and caters for small and large budgets with a great selection of high end products.
A lot of products can be found for less in competitor stores or online, however this would involve more shopping around. For convenience of getting all the essentials in one place, Boots is very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend Boots, especially when you factor in their loyalty programme.
The Boots advantage card has exclusive offers for card holders and also offers 4 pts per £1, which is quite high in comparison to other brands.
Using my exclusive offers I was able to collect almost 700 pts from my shop which equates to £7 that I can now spend in store on anything.
I will definitely be shopping at Boots again in the near future.
