I received the product beautifully packaged with an operating manual and six different brush attachments.
It was easy to work out how the vacuum cleaner attaches to the docking station, which can be attached to a wall near an electricity supply.
The vacuum cleaner comes with a small amount of charge and it takes 3 ½ hours to charge fully.
The quality of the vacuum cleaner is very good and all the attachments fit very securely to the Dyson – it was not heavy to operate in your hands and has an excellent build quality.
I would highly recommend Dyson products to family and friends as they come with a two year warranty and excellent after sales service, should it be needed.
The two year warranty requires you to register with Dyson by post, telephone or online at their website.
The best feature of the Dyson is that it's hand held and has a MAX power mode button so it's easy to use in hard to access places and great to use to vacuum the interior of my car.
The only downside to me is that the vacuum cleaner runs out of charge after about 20 minutes. It would be great if it could last longer. For this reason I feel that it cannot be the main vacuum cleaner in a household but rather used as a backup for quick cleans or spills.
Dyson are expensive products but are very good quality so worth the price if you can afford them, as I think they last longer than other brands of similar products. I would definitely purchase Dyson products in the future.
My suggestion to improve on this product would be to have a larger collection container and for the charge to last for longer, but I do think that the running time of the vacuum is similar, if not longer than other similar branded products.
