I received the product in protective packaging and it was undamaged. I was very happy on unboxing the item as there was lots of bubble wrap to keep the item protected whilst in transit.
As the pictures show, it was in the standard Fitbit box and everything was all there. The thing I liked the most upon opening the Fitbit was that it was half charged to 50%, which was brilliant so I could power it up straight away and check out its features.
There was a basic and easy setup guide to follow to link the fitbit to my mobile phone. There were two separate wrist straps one for large size wrist and one for small, I really liked the fact it catered for two sizes.
Once I had the Fitbit on my wrist it was a lovely fit with no irritation. It was of a high quality and very nice to look at (almost looks like the Apple watch). When it comes down to the features I best liked the fact it connects to your phone and allows notifications for text messages and calls.
Also, I was impressed with the different workouts built in to the device that you can switch between. I definitely believe the product is worth its RRP of £199.99 as I’ve had products similar before that don’t come close to comparing with the Fitbit versa.
I have already recommended the Fitbit versa to my family and friends and two of them have already gone out and purchased one.
The only suggestion I would recommend for Fitbit to look at would be the fact when it is connected to your phone it seems to disconnect on a regular basis so you miss out on notifications, you then have to go back into the Fitbit app and reconnect the device which is really annoying. This happened almost three to five times each day.
The charging of the device is great as it just sits in the charger easy and charges really quickly. I would score the device 80 out of 100 and recommend it to others.
