Ocado has a very easy website to navigate through. If I couldn't find the item I wanted searching through the aisles, then I would just use the search tab which was easy and quick to find the exact product I wanted to purchase.
It was great to see that I got an extra 30% off of my first order purchase, but a bit disappointing to see that this is capped to only receiving an extra £25, so if I was making a very large purchase it would have been that I'm not actually receiving the 30% off, so should make it easier and state £25 off of first purchase to avoid confusion.
It was great that the delivery slots available start so early. I had the option of having my purchase in time for breakfast without an extra charge.
Once the order was placed I received an email the next day advising that two of my products had been substituted, and it was a shame that this was my roasting joint.
I would have preferred the option to change this item myself as I would have got a branded joint instead of the supermarket brand.
My order was delivered on time within my one hour time slot. I live in a top floor maisonette and the driver was nice enough to bring the items to my door.
The driver offered to wait while I unpacked all my items so I could return the plastic bags. This is a great idea as to every plastic bag returned you got 5p back for your next purchase.
Overall I was very impressed with the easiness of using the website and making my purchases and thanks to the delivery driver who was very nice and helpful.
I would recommend to friends and family and will use again in the near future.
